Looking for tips on how to eat healthier this year and beyond? You won’t want to miss Anne Baker’s free Winter Wellness Class—Nutrition 101: The basics of healthy eating at the Rochester Hills Public Library on Thursday, Jan. 17 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Baker, a certified holistic nutrition therapist will share her knowledge on the foods she says you ought to be consuming to support your health. She will also separate food myth from fact as she discusses controversies surrounding eggs, dairy, whole grains, saturated fat and more. The class will be held in the Rochester Hills Public Library’s multipurpose room and guests must have a library card to participate. Those interested in attending should RSVP by calling 248-650-7121 as seating is limited.
