Rochester Area Youth Assistance, (RAYA), along with the Rochester Fire Department, is hosting it third annual “Fire It Up for Youth” Spaghetti dinner fundraiser.  The event is being held on Friday, January 28 from 5pm – 8pm  and Saturday January 29 from 4pm – 8pm at the Rochester Fire Department, 277 E.
