Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan is grateful for a donation of $8,100 from the Rochester Hills Government Youth Council. The City of Rochester Hills is now accepting applications through Friday, May 11, 2012, for consideration for membership on the 2012-2013 Rochester Hills Government Youth Council (RHGYC). The RHGYC is sponsoring a 5k Run/Walk to benefit the Rochester Area Neighborhood House on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Bloomer Park, located at the north end of John R Road north of Avon Road.  The 5k Run/Walk will wind through the park’s scenic cross-country trails.  This year’s fun run/walk event will be chip timed.
