German Company to Invest in Rochester Hills Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan Barnett announced Thursday at a press conference the sale of 15 acres of city owned property to German manufacturer, Jenoptik Automotive. For the second year in a row, the city of Rochester Hills is being recognized as a leader in Oakland County for impressive residential and business growth.
