Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival returns to the Rochester Hills Museum

The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will host its annual Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 11 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The presenting sponsor for this event is Genisys Credit Union with event sponsors including Noodles and the Village of Rochester Hills. Guests are invited to carve a pumpkin and place it on the stone walls surrounding the Museum property. After the evening lighting, guests can take their pumpkin home. Walton Boulevard is Open and Smooth in Rochester Hills

Since April 18, 2011 Walton Boulevard has been limited to one lane from Crittenton Hospital to The Village of Rochester Hills. But not any more. We have a fresh and smooth road to travel on and the results are great to see. The $2.8 million dollar upgrade was called for to conduct pavement repairs, crosswalk improvements, upgraded traffic signals, and add 3 inches of new asphalt.
