Family Praise and Picnic in the Park

Family Praise and Picnic in the Park returns on Sunday, August 25, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in beautiful Rochester Municipal Park. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a family friendly outdoor Worship and Picnic event featuring uplifting music and a message of hope for families and the community.

Family Praise and Picnic in the Park Sunday, August 25, 11:00 A.M.

A free Picnic Lunch, Ice Cream Social and fun-filled games, activities, and entertainment for all ages will follow. A Health/Wellness Fair includes blood pressure screenings and fitness information. Special guests will be folks from Dutton Farm who will display their handmade bath and beauty products.

Make plans to exhibit your special car, truck, tractor, and motorcycle at the Vintage Vehicle Display with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m. Vehicles should use the North Park Entrance off Albertson Street. Also, all ages are invited to decorate Bikes, Trikes, Wagons, Scooters, and Strollers for the popular 1:00 p.m. “Red, White, and Cute Wheels Parade.” All participants will receive gifts.

Use the Pine Street Park Entrance (north of University Drive just west of Rochester Road) where event parking is readily available. Shuttles are available to transport those needing assistance to reserved seating areas. Attendees are encouraged to register for door prizes at welcome tables located at the Park entrances.
