Bloomer Park, located at the north end of John R Road in Rochester Hills, is the city’s oldest park. The centennial of its founding will occur in 2022. Rochester Hills Receives Grant from AARP to Build Intergenerational Play Area in Bloomer Park

A First within Our Community - Construction is Now Complete Earlier this year, the City of Rochester Hills received a $30,000 grant from AARP to build the City’s first multi-generational activity area. Installed at Bloomer Park, the area features outdoor fitness equipment and amenities specifically designed and curated for people age 50+. Construction is now complete.
